Seb Rees, ML, FInstLM, RoSPA Dip
Hi
I am Seb Rees, owner of Compass Hill Skills and Ventures.
Although I live and work from the Essex / Suffolk borders my heart lies deep in the mountains.
Over the last twenty or so years I have worked with literally hundreds of young people and adults on mountain walking expeditions both with groups through the Duke of Edinburgh's Award and also on a more bespoke one-to-one basis.
Over the last 30 years I have owned, managed and sold several successful and award winning businesses both in the outdoor education field but also in corporate event management sector
As a qualified Mountain Leader and a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management I am very passionate about empowering walkers into exploring more by teaching the navigation and hill skills knowledge needed to walk hills safely. I continue to work on a freelance basis as a Duke of Edinburgh's Award Expedition Leader and Assessor at D of E Bronze, Silver and Gold Levels.
I am accredited to teach the National Navigation Award Scheme programme of NNAS Bronze, NNAS Silver and NNAS Gold navigation training courses.
Other training experiences I offer in East Anglia and Wales are as a qualified RoSPA and DVSA ERS Advanced Motorcycle Riding Instructor.
I look forward to speaking with you soon!
